Refunds and Cancellations
All orders are only confirmed when a 50% deposit is received.
For orders of up to 2 dozens, we are happy to offer the deposit refund if cancellation is made 7 days prior to order pick-up date (or full refund if customer chose to pay in full up-front).
For orders of more than 2 dozens, we are happy to offer 30% of the deposit refund if cancellation is made at least 31 days prior to pick-up date. If cancellation is made 7-30 days from order pick-up, we will not be offering the deposit refund.
We do not offer exchanges or returns for any purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us as contactdebcookies@gmail.com or message us on instagram @deb.cookies within 2 hours of receiving the product. The original product is required physically to assess the product. A refund or replacement may be offered upon the discretion of the management, but is not guaranteed.
If customer does not show up on the agreed upon pick-up date, Deb will wait for 2 days and the cookies will be sold to other customers if possible and the 50% deposit will not be refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Deb Cookies is not liable whatsoever for damage occurred during delivery.
Delivery
We are proud of the product we offer and strive to deliver them in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date.
We choose to use Uber Courier Delivery for quickness to maintain the quality of the product.
We are unable to guarantee time of delivery, as this is all subject to the local traffic. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend having the order delivered a day before the event.
Deb Cookies is not responsible for delays in transit caused by traffic, accidents, weather or other unforeseeable events that is out of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and should have someone be available in-person to receive the cookie order upon delivery.
Delivery fees are non-refundable in any case.
